Land Law and Property Conveyancing:

The firm handles proceedings involving the enforcement of labor and employment laws before commission for mediation and arbitration and before the High Court of Tanzania. Prior to advising the clients to institute a labour suit the firm analyse the reason for termination of employment and after satisfying itself that there are substantive and procedural irregularities committed by the employer and or employee, the team and assigned law advise the client accordingly.
